My Story

My love of crystals has grown over the years through a genuine interest in their beauty, meaning and the way they can bring a little positivity and enjoyment into everyday life. I love discovering new crystals, learning about them and, most of all, sharing them with other people.

I started Mileys Gems Crystals because I wanted to create a small, friendly crystal business where people could browse, ask questions and find something they really liked without feeling that they had to spend a lot of money.

A Local Business with a Personal Touch

I have lived and worked in the local community for many years, and being part of my community has always been important to me.

Alongside my online shop, I sell at local markets and events, where I get to meet customers face-to-face. I really enjoy this part of the business because I can have a chat, help someone choose a crystal and see the excitement when they find something they love.

Mileys Gems Crystals may be an online shop, but behind it is a real person who genuinely cares about what I sell and the people who buy from me.

Crystals for Everyone

I know that times can be difficult and that not everyone has lots of money to spend on themselves or on gifts.

That's why I try to keep my prices affordable and offer crystals and gifts at different price points. I want someone to be able to buy a little crystal for themselves, a thoughtful gift for somebody else, or something special for their home without feeling that crystals are only for people with a big budget.

For me, it isn't about selling the most expensive crystal. It's about helping people find something they love at a price they are comfortable with.

Choosing My Crystals

I take care when choosing the crystals and products I sell. I look for good quality, attractive pieces and work with suppliers that I feel comfortable buying from.

I also try to be honest about what I sell. Natural crystals can vary in colour, shape, size and markings, and I think it's important that customers understand that these natural differences are part of what makes each piece unique.

As my business grows, I want to continue learning more about where my products come from and making thoughtful choices about the suppliers and products I work with.
