Common terminology in simple terms

Common terminology used in crystal energy work in simple terms. 1. Energy – Is the vibrations believed to flow through all things e.g. 2. Vibrations / Frequency – is the rate at which this energy moves back and forth. 3.Intention – this is what you want the crystal to help with. 3. Manifestation – to bring what you want into reality using intentions. 5. Resonance – When your energy matches with a crystal’s energy And here are some terms that you may hear or read when looking into crystal energy. 1. Crystal Healing –the practise of using crystals to support well-being. 2. Holistic Healing – treating the mind, body, and spirit together. 3. Balancing – restoring energetic harmony. 4. Protection – using crystals to guard against negative energy. 5. Transmutation– transforming negative energy into positive. 6. Intuitive Work – using our own guidance when choosing or using crystals. Throughout this website I will be using every day terminology, as jargon tends to feel quite ‘stuffy’.
